How it works
- Enter the mobile number registered to your Pocket Shop account below.
- Our team will contact you on that number to verify that you own the account. This protects your account from being deleted by someone else.
- Once verified, your account is deleted within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, profile details (name, phone number, addresses), saved payment methods, wishlist, and notifications.
- Product listings and shop details, if you are a seller.
What we keep
- Completed order and payment records are retained as required by Zambian financial regulations, but they are no longer linked to an active account.
