Partner rules

What you earn

1. You earn 10% of Pocket Shop's service fee on each delivered order from a buyer who signed up with your code.
2. You earn on a buyer's orders for 30 days after they sign up.
3. Only delivered orders count. Cancelled or refunded orders don't earn, and if an order is refunded later, that earning is removed.
4. New earnings wait 7 days before you can ask for them, in case an order is refunded.
5. Sellers and riders are always paid in full. Your share comes from our service fee.

Getting paid

1. Ask for payment on your partner page once you have K50 or more ready.
2. We pay you by mobile money or bank to the details you gave us, and email you when it's sent.
3. To change where we pay you, email pocketshopmarket@gmail.com from the email you joined with.

Sharing your code

1. Be honest about Pocket Shop. Don't promise prices, deals or delivery times we don't offer.
2. Don't sign up with your own code, make fake accounts, or pay people to sign up. These earnings are removed.
3. Don't spam people or post your code where it isn't allowed.
4. Don't run paid ads that use the name "Pocket Shop" without asking us first.

Other things

1. A buyer belongs to the first code they sign up with. It can't be changed later.
2. We can change the rates or rules. We will email you before a change starts, and it won't affect money you already earned.
3. We can pause or end a partner account that breaks these rules. Money earned honestly before that is still paid.
