My Pocketshop is a multi-vendor e-commerce platform that connects vendors (shop owners) with customers. My Pocketshop does not own, sell, or control the products listed by vendors.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using My Pocketshop, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

• Ensuring accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and availability.
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Fulfilling customer orders in a timely and professional manner.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
• Using the App lawfully and respectfully.
• Reviewing product details before placing orders.

6. Payments and Transactions

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. My Pocketshop is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, or disputes arising from third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Pocketshop shall not be held liable for:

• Product quality, defects, or misrepresentation by vendors.
• Delivery delays or failures.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding related to My Pocketshop are the property of My Pocketshop and may not be used without prior permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
